Food is an important part of a stay at Tranquil Nest Vaavu. Our family-friendly restaurant serves Asian, international and grill or barbecue dishes in a relaxed setting, and is open for breakfast, brunch and dinner. The atmosphere is modern and easy going, equally suited to a romantic dinner and a long table shared with new friends.

Breakfast changes with the day and can be continental, American or Maldivian, and halal options are always available. Alongside the restaurant there is a coffee house on site, a snack bar, fresh fruit, packed lunches for excursions, kids' meals and special diet meals on request, so nobody is left out. Simply let the team know your preferences before you arrive.

Some of the best meals happen outside. A long wooden table under woven lanterns opens straight onto the sand, with the lagoon a few steps away, and barbecue facilities, themed dinners and beach dining can be arranged on request. From a quiet breakfast with the sound of the waves to grilled fish under the stars, dining here follows the gentle rhythm of the island.
