Tranquil Nest Vaavu is a beachfront property with a private beach area, a sun deck, outdoor furniture, a terrace, a garden and a picnic area, all set directly on the shore of Rakeedhoo. Free WiFi is available in every area of the property, all rooms are non-smoking with a designated smoking area outside, and the whole property is air conditioned and smoke-free.

The ocean provides most of the activity. Snorkeling gear is available and snorkeling, diving, canoeing and fishing can all be arranged, along with walking tours, cooking classes, tours about local culture, themed dinners, karaoke, movie nights, live music and evening entertainment, some of which carry an additional charge or take place off site. For quieter days there are yoga classes, fitness classes and a fitness room, plus a shared lounge and television area, board games and puzzles.

Service is personal and available around the clock. The 24-hour front desk offers private and express check-in and check-out, a concierge, a tour desk, luggage storage, lockers, currency exchange, a wake-up service and a shuttle service on request. Daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing keep everything in order, and safety is covered by 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside the property, key access, fire extinguishers and a safe. Please note that there is no parking on the island, the upper floor is reached by stairs only, pets are not allowed and the property is adults oriented, with children of all ages welcome but no cribs or extra beds available.
